« Jury’s Favorite » Award
François Renard, a brilliant 1st year student, received the “Coup de coeur” prize during the world final of the pleading competition organized by the AEFE, “Ambassadeurs, Ambassadresses en herbe”.
His remarkable performance, both in terms of his oratory skills and his originality, allowed him to reach this final stage after winning first prize in the Middle East zone final, during which 6 students from our high school were awarded prizes:
- first prize for François Renard in the high school category,
- First prize for Louna Al Khatib in the cycle 4 category
- The second prize was won by Nina Escomel, Yara, Hajjar and Yasmine Hoteit in the collective category.
- The “Jury’s Favorite” award goes to Khaled Ftouhi in the cycle 3 category
This year the theme was: « The Olympic and Paralympic Games: a unifying, inclusive and sustainable event ». Our participating students conducted their plea using 3 languages: Arabic, French and English, thus implementing their multilingualism, oral expression and argumentation skills.
We warmly thank Mrs Malla, Mrs Meyts and Mr Brisset who accompanied and prepared the candidates during the different stages of this competition.
