Conditions to benefit from the reduced rate

Both conditions are cumulative:

The child must be of French nationality
The parents must prove that their employer does not pay the school fees, directly or indirectly

What is included in the school fees

For all children :

School fees ;
Lycée liability insurance;
Civil liability insurance for the child during school activities, which comes in addition to the family insurance ;
Compulsory school outings as part of the curriculum ;
Parents badges.

For the kindergarten (Maternelle): some school supplies, educational material, daily bag.
For Elementary: Loan of school books and some necessary teaching aids.
For the Secondary: Loan of school books; Correspondence notebook; T-shirt for sports

What is not included in the school fees

International section : 5 000 Qar per year
Aptitude test for newcomers
Welcome pack for new secondary school students and new students in Seconde

Scholarship

Children of French nationality can benefit from a school grant, subject to income and registration with the French Consulate in Doha. The application form should be obtained from the French Embassy in Qatar during the scholarship campaign (at the beginning of the calendar year for those already in Doha, or in September for newcomers).
